How do I start tracking my workouts?

Simply open the app and tap the "+" button to add your first workout. You can then enter your exercises, sets, and reps in any format you like.

Is my workout data backed up?

Yes! Your workout data is automatically backed up to iCloud.

I don't want to keep typing the same exercises over and over again. What should I do?

Select the Routines tab and create a new routine. Then, you can select that routine when adding a workout.

I feel like a feature is missing. What should I do?

Troubleshooting

  • If the app isn't syncing, try signing out and back into iCloud
